Courts Deal With Multiple Cases Of DUI

In Titusville Area in front of Magisterial District Judge Amy Nicols, Trenton John Sturrock had a preliminary hearing, based on charges of driving under influence and because of use of controlled substance.

The charges were filed by the state police on December 12, 2015 in Townville and hearing took place on February 11, 2016.After he admitted the violation, he was released.

Shawn Steven Elmen, age of 30 from Guys Mills renounced his right to preliminary hearing before the Judge Sam Pendolino on February 9, 2016. He was charged with driving under influence of alcohol and drugs and because of the minor traffic violation. The incident occurred on October 15, 2015 in Meadville. He was released on bail which doesn’t include money.

Joseph Martin Raspotnick, age of 29 from Saegetownrenounce his right on preliminary hearing that happened on February 12, 2016. He was charged with resisting arrest, giving false identification, driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drugs, carrying a weapon and for two minor traffic violations.

Incident occurred on December 26, 2015 and Meadville police filled charges. He was taken to Crawford Country jail on December 27, 2015, he was set up with a bail of $20,000. He was released on February 12, 2016 after he admitted his violation, because of bail reduction.


The police arrested Scott Michael Yunik, age of 34 because of traffic violations on February 5, early in the morning at 5:02 p.m. on Interstate 79 in Hayfield Township.

While the police conducted the arrest, they found marijuana and related paraphernalia. He will be facing charges in district court.
Cody Nelson and Austin Giber, both age of 19, were arrested on Route 77 in Sparta Township on February 4, 2016. They were driving under the influence of the alcohol. go to websitewill be representing them.
